1529.02 STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS IN OUTSIDE ABOVEGROUND TANKS.

(a) No person shall store any flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks in the Residence Districts of the City as provided for in the Zoning Code, except that fuel oil tanks for domestic purposes are permitted.

(b) No new bulk plants for flammable or combustible liquids shall be permitted within any part of the corporate limits of the City.
