1521.03 SECURITY FUND.

The proceeds received by the City pursuant to this chapter and Ohio R.C. 3929.86 shall be placed by the Service-Safety Director in a separate fund to be used solely as security against the total cost of removing, repairing, or securing incurred by the City pursuant to Ohio R.C. 715.261.
