(a) The City is hereby subdivided into four wards, which are equal in number to the members of Council who are hereafter to be elected from such wards according to law, and the four wards are hereby created and established in this City, and the boundaries thereof shall be such as are hereinafter set forth, which boundaries are so fixed as that each ward shall contain as nearly as practicable an equal number of inhabitants.

(b) The division of the City of Bellefontaine into wards pursuant to Section 731.06 of the Ohio Revised Code as is shown on the map attached to original Ordinance 22-41 and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted and approved and the ward lines of the City of Bellefontaine, Ohio shall hereafter be as shown on said map.
(c) Pursuant to Section 731.06(B) of the Ohio Revised Code the Service-Safety Director be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to make such subdivisions of the City into wards in accordance with map attached hereto as Exhibit A and he shall report the same to the Logan County Board of Elections.
