(a) Collection. Permit fees shall be collected by the City Engineer and/or City Service-Safety Director and/or his or her designated representative. Individual permits for building, heating, electrical, plumbing and other work must be obtained, except that in the case where a building is to be constructed or remodeled and one general contractor assumes complete responsibility for all phases of the construction, then one permit to cover all phases of construction may be issued.

(b) The City of Bellefontaine does hereby adopt and approve as a fee schedule for building permits as issued by the Logan County Building Authority and/or Logan County Building Regulation Department that fee schedule as is currently in use by the Logan County Building Authority.
