An application, in writing, for the approval of the preliminary plat, together with a minimum of eight copies of the preliminary plat and the supplementary information specified in Sections 1105.09
through 1105.14
, shall be submitted to the City Planning Commission's designated representative at least fourteen days and not more than thirty days prior to the meeting of the Commission at which action is requested. The preliminary plat shall be prepared by a registered surveyor, and the supplementary information shall be prepared by a registered engineer.
