961.26 SEVERABILITY.

If any provision of this Chapter or the application thereof is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or applications of this Chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application. Should any such provisions later be determined to be valid said provision shall thereupon return to full force and effect and shall thereafter be binding on the City and all owners or operators of a Wireless Communication Facility within the City.
