961.12 REQUIREMENTS FOR FACILITIES LOCATED IN AN OPEN SPACE, ATHLETIC FIELD OR PARKS.

(a) A Wireless Communication Facility is permitted on land that has been established as permanent open space, athletic field or a park subject to the following requirements and requirements stated in Section 961.10 of this Chapter.

(b) The open space, athletic field or park shall be owned by the municipality, county or State government, school district or a private, nonprofit conservation organization.
