959.04 WEEKLY COLLECTION; BINS.

(a) Collection of recyclable materials shall be weekly and such materials shall be set out for collection by the occupant of each housing unit on the street curb on the day designated by the Recycling Contractor.

(b) All recyclable materials shall be placed in the recycling bin.
