957.04 CEMETERY AND CEMETERY ENDOWMENT FUND.

There are hereby created to accommodate moneys received from the Bellefontaine Cemetery Association and for the subsequent operation of the cemetery, a Cemetery Fund and a Cemetery Endowment Fund. Moneys received from the acceptance and operation of the cemetery shall be placed in these Funds and used as provided by Ohio R. C. Chapter 759 and other related sections thereof for cemetery purposes only.
