957.02 SERVICE-SAFETY DIRECTOR TO HAVE CONTROL.

The Service-Safety Director, subject to the provisions of Ohio R. C. Chapter 759 and other related sections and the ordinances of the City, shall immediately take charge of cemetery lands and the duties accompanying them and formulate the necessary bylaws and regulations for the management and protection of the burial grounds.
