954.06 FIRE HAZARDS.
   (a)   Smoking: No person shall smoke on the Apron in the hangars, hangar aprons, or in any other area on the Airport in violation of posted "No Smoking" signs, and in no case at a distance less than 30 feet from any aircraft or storage area for flammable materials.
   (b)   Open Flame Operations: No person shall conduct any open flame operations in any hangar or part thereof unless specifically authorized.
   (c)   Storage: No person shall store or stock material or equipment in such manner as to constitute a fire hazard.
   (d)   Storage of Flammable Material: No person shall keep, store or discard any flammable liquids, gases, signal flares or other similar material in the hangars or in any other building on the Airport. Small quantities of cleaning solvents and lubricating oil are permitted for personal use only.
   (e)   Waste: Lessees of hangars shall provide suitable metal receptacles with self- closing covers for the storage of oily wastes, rags and other rubbish. All such wastes shall be removed from the Airport by the Lessee.
   (f)    Floor Care: All Lessees on the Airport shall keep the floors of the hangers and hanger apron pits, and areas adjacent thereto leased by the respective party, free and clear of oil, grease, rubbish and other flammable material.
   (g)   Painting: The painting processes shall be conducted only in designated and properly designed fireproofed and ventilated rooms or buildings in which all illumination, wiring, heating, ventilation equipment, switches, outlets, and fixtures shall be spark proofed.
   (h)   Fire Equipment: No person shall remove or cause to be removed from its holder, container, reel, or bracket, any equipment or device used in fire prevention, except in case of emergency or fire. In any event, such equipment shall not be taken for any use other than that for which it is intended.
   (i)   Obstructions: All fire doors, hangar doors, sprinkler risers, fire boxes, fire hydrants and pits, hose boxes, and all fire fighting apparatus shall be kept clear of obstructions at all times.
   (j)   Elimination of Fire Hazards: When the Director of Aviation has in writing notified or requested any Lessee, tenant or other person(s) on the Airport to correct, or eliminate any fire hazard, such Lessee, tenant, or other person(s) shall be responsible for correcting or eliminating such hazard in the manner and within the time prescribed in the written notification or request received by them.
   (k)   Parking of Fuel Trucks: No fuel truck shall be parked or left unattended within 25 feet of any building on the Airport Property.
