Residential and or Small Quantity Generator customers of any solid waste collection service are required to place all garbage and rubbish with approved containers, including pay as you throw bags, at the side of the public street on which the residence is located for pick-up service prior to 6:00 a.m. on the regular collection day, and such customers shall remove all garbage and rubbish containers from the street side in front of or at the side of their residence by the end of the regular collection day so that such garbage and rubbish containers are not visible at the street side in front of or at the side of such customer’s residence for more than the regular collection day. Residential customers or residences and Small Quantity Generator customers that do not front on a public street and commercial customers shall be permitted to place containers at alley side or another location as may be approved by the Service-Safety Director. Trash not properly containerized in approved tagged containers or pay as you throw bags, will not be collected.
