951.04 GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTION DEPARTMENT FUND.

The funds received for the collection and removal of garbage and rubbish shall be deposited with the City Treasurer and moneys so deposited shall be kept in a separate and distinct fund to be known as the Garbage and Refuse Fund.
