925.09 SEWER RENTAL FUND.

The funds received from the use of sewers shall be deposited with the Treasurer and money so deposited shall be kept in a separate and distinct fund which shall be known as the Sewer Rental Fund. When appropriated by Council, the Fund shall be subject to the order of the Service-Safety Director, who shall sign all orders drawn on the Treasurer against the Fund.
