773.07 RENEWAL OF LICENSE.

All taxicab operators licensed under the provisions of this chapter, at the completion of the year for which such license was issued, shall be entitled to a renewal for each succeeding year without a finding of convenience and necessity, provided all other requirements of this chapter have been complied with.
