773.06 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF OPERATOR'S LICENSE.
   (a)   Whenever the holder of an operator's license violates a provision of this chapter or any rule, regulation or lawful order of the Service-Safety Director, or, for a period of sixty days, fails to make a reasonable or consistent effort to operate any taxicab, the Director shall have the power to either suspend or revoke such license.

   (b)   Whenever a licensed driver is convicted of driving a taxicab during a period in which his license has been suspended, the Service-Safety Director shall revoke the license of such driver and such driver shall not be eligible to receive a renewal for a period of one year from the date of such revocation.
 
   (c)   The Service-Safety Director may permanently revoke or temporarily suspend the license of any licensed driver for any of the following reasons:
      (1)   The licensee has obtained a license by false statement or misrepresentation.
      (2)   The licensee has become physically or mentally incapable of driving a taxicab.
      (3)   The licensee has been convicted of any of the offenses set forth in Section 773.05(e).
      (4)   The licensee has contracted one of the diseases set forth in Ohio R.C. 3701.24.
