745.99 PENALTY.

Whosoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each day's continued violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense for purposes of this penalty provision.
