745.01 DEFINITIONS.
   "Temporary place of business" means any public or quasi-public place including, but not limited to, any hotel, rooming house, storeroom, building or part of a building, that is temporarily being occupied for the purpose of making retail sales of goods to the public. A place of business is not temporary if the same persons or firm conducted business at the place continuously for more than six months or occupied the premises as their permanent residence for more than six months.
