(a) No person, firm or corporation shall conduct home sales within any residential zoning district, as defined in the Zoning Code, in the City, without first obtaining a permit from the Director of Service and Safety.
(b) No person, firm or corporation who or which has obtained a permit as required by subsection (a) hereof shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter.
(c) No home sale shall be conducted by more than one resident without consent of the Director of Service and Safety.

(d) No home sale shall be conducted by the same resident or a member of his family on the same residential property more than two times in any one calendar year.

(e) No person shall offer any merchandise for sale at a home sale that has been purchased for purposes of resale at such home sale. Any new merchandise offered for sale shall be prima-facie evidence of such purchase for resale.
(f) No home sale shall be conducted during hours other than those hours prescribed by the Director of Service and Safety and in no event shall a home sale last more than three consecutive days.
(g) No person shall post or erect a sign for a home sale in violation of any City ordinance regulating signs and advertisements.
