(a) It is the intent of this chapter to regulate, restrict and control home sales on residence properties within residential zoning districts.
(b) It is not the intent of this chapter to prevent nonprofit corporations, churches or recognized fraternities, clubs or lodges from conducting such sales, provided they do so on real estate owned or occupied by such organizations.
(c) It is further not the intent of this chapter to prohibit sales conducted by nonconforming businesses, as defined in the Zoning Code, located in residential zoning districts.
