As used in this chapter, "home sale" means any sale of personal property to the general public conducted on any portion of a residence property within an R-1, R-2, or R-3 Zoning District, as described in the Zoning Code, including but not limited to, garage sales, patio sales, yard sales, carport sales, basement sales, porch sales and driveway sales.
