713.05 RECORDS TO BE KEPT; INSPECTION.

The licensee shall keep suitable books during the sale at the location at which the sale is conducted. Daily entries showing the goods, wares and merchandise sold each day shall be made in such books. Copies of such daily entries shall be sent to the Treasurer weekly and all books of the licensee shall be open for inspection by the Treasurer or his duly authorized representative during business hours.
