705.04 EXCEPTION.

Nothing in this chapter shall apply to merchants or others doing business in the Municipality or advertising their own business. Nor shall anything in this chapter be construed as prohibiting the posting of bills, painting of advertising signs or posting of cards upon private property if the consent of the owner of such property has been obtained therefor.
