The provisions of this chapter apply to all other chapters of this Part Seven - Business Regulation Code in general. In the event of any conflict between any of the provisions of this chapter and any provision of any of the other chapters, the provisions of the other chapters shall prevail, it being the purpose of this chapter to provide coverage only in those areas not covered by the other chapters.
