521.15 CONTROL OF REPAIR OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (a)   The record owner, tenant or person in possession of any real property in any residential district in the City shall not permit or allow or cause to take place any of the following activity in any such residential district:
      (1)   Mechanical or body repair to a motor vehicle lasting more than two consecutive days except in a garage or other enclosed structure;
      (2)   More than one motor vehicle being repaired at any one time period;
      (3)   The repair of motor vehicles for profit, resale or any business purpose in such residential districts;
      (4)   Repairs to any motor vehicles owned by anyone other than residents or tenants actually residing in such residential districts;
      (5)   The repair of motor vehicles in such a manner as to constitute a fire hazard or other nuisance.
 
   (b)   Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor upon a first offense and a fourth degree misdemeanor upon a second offense or other subsequent offenses.
