521.13 UNCLEAN HABITATIONS.

(a) No person shall occupy or lease or permit the occupancy of any dwelling or other structure used for human habitation unless such is free from unclean or unsanitary conditions.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
