A pawnbroker shall hold all purchases made through a purchase transaction for a period of ten (10) days, during which time the property shall not be disposed of or altered from the form in which it was received. The holding period shall begin on the day the purchase transaction is uploaded into the Belgrade police department designated database. (Ord. 2009-3, 6-2-2009)
