All premises licensed to sell alcoholic beverages at retail within the city shall remain closed and no alcoholic beverages shall be sold, offered for sale, or given away upon any such premises during the following hours:
A. On any day between two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M.
B. On any day of a general or primary election during the hours when the polls are open, excepting bond elections. (1983 Code § 5.08.080; amd. 2009 Code)
