7-7-2: COMPETITIVE SALE:
In the event that the City Manager determines that it is appropriate to sell supplies, equipment, or other personal property owned by the City, the sale shall be conducted in a manner that gives an opportunity for competition under rules established by the City Manager. (Ord. 2022-7, 4-5-2022)
