The City Manager of the City of Belgrade is hereby authorized to sell, donate, or dispose of supplies, equipment, and other personal property owned by the City that is obsolete, not needed, or unsuitable for public use, and to determine the appropriate manner of doing so. (Ord. 2022-7, 4-5-2022)
