11-7-9: IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS:
   A.   Road Construction Standards: All roads shall meet the following standards and standards contained in appendix A adopted by reference in section 11-15-1 of this title. Any deviation from these standards must be designed by a licensed engineer and approved by the city engineer and the public works department.

   B.   Road Signs: Road signs of the size, shape, and height as approved by the public works department, shall be placed at all intersections by the subdivider.
   C.   Road Sign Standards: Location of road signs shall be designated on road plans, which are submitted for review and approval.
