9-1-5-11: SERVICE CHARGE AND TAP FEE:
The council may from time to time establish and the department shall assess a service charge on all service calls regarding use and a fee to tap into the water main for new service. Said service charges shall be in addition to the charges for connection or disconnection from the system. (Ord. 90-4, 11-19-1990)
