9-1-5-9: PRIVATE FIRE SERVICE USE:
If a street connection or a private fire service is requested, the applicant shall bear the entire cost of labor and material for tapping into the city main and installation of the meter and its removal, if necessary. (Ord. 90-4, 11-19-1990)
