9-1-4-5: METERS PROPERTY OF CITY:
Meters are owned by the city and are furnished to consumers and set in place without charge; provided, however, that proper receptacles are provided for said meters and service pipes are suitably arranged. (Ord. 90-4, 11-19-1990)
