9-1-4-4: INSTALLATION OF METERS:

No water meter shall be installed except by a plumber, duly licensed under the laws of the state of Montana, or by an employee of the department, and no person, other than one acting under the authority and direction of the department, shall open, repair, or interfere with any water meter in service. (Ord. 90-4, 11-19-1990)
