All applicants requesting permits to excavate in any public right of way shall either file or have on file with the director of public works a street opening bond prior to conducting any work in the public right of way. The bond may be posted in cash or by a bond issued by a company licensed to do business in the state of Montana. (Ord. 2005-1, 3-7-2005)
