7-1-1: SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION:
All sidewalks, crosswalks and curbs constructed in the public streets and alleys of the city shall be of concrete only and in accordance with plans and specifications to be approved by the city council. (1983 Code § 12.02.010)
