6-1-3: REMOVAL OF MEMBERS:
The city council may, at any time, by a majority vote, remove or discharge any member of the fire department, or any member of any volunteer organization which may have become a part of the fire department, or may dispense with the service of any such volunteer organization as a whole. (1983 Code § 2.10.030)
