5-4-14: VEHICLE OWNER RESPONSIBILITY:

If any vehicle is found in violation of this chapter or any rule, regulation, sign or marking in force pursuant thereto, controlling stopping, standing or parking of vehicles, any person in whose name such vehicle is registered shall be responsible for such violation.
