5-4-1: DEFINITION:
For purposes of this chapter the following definitions apply:
VEHICLE: Every device in, upon, or by which any person or property may be transported or drawn upon the public highways. The term includes motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, watercraft, campers, trailers, semitrailers, house trailers and motorcycles. The term does not include bicycles.
