5-1-2: APPLICATION; SPEED LIMIT:
All traffic within the city shall be governed and regulated by the provisions of said uniform act regulating traffic on highways as set forth in the statutes of Montana; provided, that the speed limit within the city limits shall be twenty five (25) miles per hour, unless otherwise posted or specified. (1983 Code § 10.02.020)
