4-2-7: MINORS UNDER SIXTEEN YEARS OF AGE:
Minors who have not reached their sixteenth birthday shall not be in or upon any street or public place between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. except on Friday or Saturday nights when such hours shall be between twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and five o'clock (5:00) A.M.; provided, however, that on any weekday night preceding a holiday recognized by the United States of America, state of Montana, or the city of Belgrade, the hours shall be between twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. In addition, during the period of time that the state of Montana is operating under daylight savings time, the aforementioned hours shall be extended by one-half (1/2) hour. (Ord. 93-6, 10-18-1993)
