§ 34.020 PERMIT FEES SET BY CITY COUNCIL, PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORITY.
   Any and all permit fees set by the city or by the Public Works Authority shall be set on an annual basis or as the city or the Public Works Authority may determine to be in the best interest of the city and/or Authority. Said fees and permits shall be set by formal action of the city or Authority at either a regular or special session and shall be properly noticed and acted on as with any other agenda items.
