§ 33.37 OFFICERS; APPOINTMENT; DUTIES.
   Police officers shall be appointed by the Police Chief, subject to approval of the City Council. Police officers shall perform such duties as shall be required of them by the Police Chief, the city ordinances and federal, state or county laws and regulations and other actions required in the maintenance of good order and public peace.
