§ 33.35 POLICE DEPARTMENT; POLICE CHIEF.
   There shall be a police department, the head of which is the Chief of Police, or the Police Chief, appointed by the City Council and removable by the City Council. The Police Chief is an officer of the city and has supervision and control of the Police Department.
