§ 33.14 FALSE ALARMS; CHARGES.
   (A)   Each property being serviced by the City Fire Department shall be entitled to one false alarm call in any consecutive 12-month period without charge. Any other false alarm calls to said property within said 12 consecutive months shall be charged by the City Fire Department at the rate set by the city per false alarm.
   (B)   The City Fire Department shall bill the property owner for such false alarm, and in the event that it is not promptly paid, it shall be subject to citation, costs and court fees within the City Municipal Court.
