§ 33.05 SECRETARY-TREASURER.
   One member elected by the members of the Fire Department, subject to approval of the Chief, shall be a Secretary-Treasurer. His or her duties shall consist of the following:
   (A)   Calling the roll at the opening of each meeting;
   (B)   Keeping the minutes of each meeting; and
   (C)   Collecting any money due to the Department by the members.
