(A) Except as otherwise provided by city ordinance, upon the filing of a complaint approved by endorsement by the City Attorney or by the Judge, there shall be issued a warrant of arrest in substantially the following form:
The City of Beggs, Oklahoma to the Police Chief of the City of Beggs, Oklahoma. Complaint upon oath this day has been made by (naming complainant) that the offense of (naming the offense in general terms) has been committed and accusing (name of defendant) thereof, you are commanded therefore forthwith to arrest the above named (name of defendant) and bring (insert him, her or them, as appropriate) before me, at (naming the place). (B) It is the duty of the Police Chief personally, or through a duly-constituted member of the city’s police force or any other person lawfully authorized so to act, to execute the warrant as promptly as possible.
