§ 156.23 MARIJUANA GROWTH AND SALES RESTRICTIONS.
   Certain restrictions apply to marijuana growing and sales.
   (A)   All state restrictions and regulations as they apply to marijuana growing, marketing and sales shall apply to such activities within the city.
   (B)   No marijuana growing, storage, marketing or sales shall be allowed in any residential neighborhood.
