At least 150 feet, but not less than that required by the State Corporation Commission, of surface casing shall be set in each well after notification of intention to do so has been given to the Conservation Department of the State Corporation Commission, whose representative shall be entitled to inspect the installation thereof and to direct the type and amount of cement to be used in cementing the same in the hole.
